Weighted chin ups, dips, pull ups, and advanced options
Some bodyweight exercises have advanced modifiers that will allow you to record and track additional data. For example, to log weighted chin ups:
Add regular bodyweight chin ups to your workout. Hover on the grey dot to the right side of the exercise and click Add Advanced.
A drop down tab appears that lets you designate if your chin ups were performed weighted (+ lbs/kgs) or weight assisted (-lbs/kgs)
In the case of running and swimming, Add Advanced offers options like terrain or water conditions, pack weight or stroke style, pace, and heart rate.
