How do I create super sets or circuits in my workouts?

  1. Press and hold on an exercise in your Workout List.
  2. Release it on top of another exercise (do the reverse to ungroup).
  3. Exercises with a purple strip down the left side are grouped.
  4. When you enter Playback mode, you'll notice that exercises in groups, run as a circuit.
  5. Tapping the check mark progresses you through the circuit.
