How do I make sure I'm recording the correct number of reps for 'alternating' exercises?
When you're working with an 'alternating' exercise, you record the number of reps for one side only. For example:
This means you performed the movement on your left leg, followed immediately by the same movement on your right leg. That makes 1 rep. Repeating the movement 7 more times gives you a total of 8 reps. (Recording 16 reps is incorrect).
