What are Groups?
One of the best ways to keep motivated is to talk about your fitness with others. Groups are collections of like-minded folks. We have them for running, lifting, you name it. Don’t see one you like? Make your own. Have some members? Why not create a Group Challenge? Some groups are competitive, some are purely social. They can be open to all, or private. Want feedback on your form? Join a Group, post a video and ask.
