What is Fitocracy Coaching?

What is it?

Fitocracy Coaching provides you with expert advice from real fitness professionals. Select from plans and coaches that fit your goals, budget, and schedule. 

Who is it for?

Whether you're new to working out or need some extra motivation to reach your next fitness level, everyone can benefit from a little guidance to get into better shape,. Fitocracy provides a range of options that meets any one's needs. 

Why should they use it?

Our three types of coaching options, Plans, Teams, and 1:1, are affordable ways to access fitness expertise from professionals. You can work out on your own schedule, but still receive the motivation and accountability, as you would with meeting a trainer in person, but at a fraction of the price!

**Think we should have a matrix here that compares our paid options to IRL PT. OR, we can add IRL PT to the matrix on the homepage, and then just link to the matrix from here for the comparison. In this latter case, probably should have 3 big buttons/boxes for each of our options and highlight the key offerings/differences of each.

Use the filters to select a Team based on your interests

Read the Team details to see if it's right for you.

On each Team Fitness page, there will be a brief overview of the program. This includes the length of time that the program runs, what equipment is needed, the cost, what will be required for your participation as well as what you can expect from your coach. For example:

If you have any questions, you can contact the coach directly from their Team Fitness page. On the left hand margin of each program page, there is a link to the coach's Fitocracy profile as well as any other sites through which they can be contacted. There is also a blue button marked 'Questions?' which allows you to email the coach.
