How do I build my own custom workout rather than choosing one of Fitocracy's pre-made workouts?

  1. Tap the workout button.
  2. Tap the "Custom Workout" button.
  3. Add exercises to your Workout List quickly by swiping to the right. Or, tap each item individually to see the detail view, instructions and videos. When ready, go to the Workout List.
  4. Tap on an exercise to add sets, reps, weight, time, or intensity.
  5. When you've completed the workout, tap "Finish" to save it.
